RICHARD THILMAN was presented in court by
WM EUBANK, Executor therein
named, and proved by RICHARD GEORGE and JOHN EUBANK.
1733 - Jan.10 - The last will and
testament of George Hoomes was presented in Court by George Hoomes, Jr. and
Christopher Hoomes the executors therein mentioned, and proved by JOHN LATHAM
and THOMAS STONE, two of the witnesses thereto. On motion of the Executors,
certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate. It's ordered JAMES
PENDLETON, JOHN LATHAM, JOHN EUBANK, and THOMAS FORTUNE appraise the estate of
GEORGE HOOMES.

[This Richard would have been born about 1715/20.]

return of the viewers it's ordered the road ANN EUBANK petitioned to have turned
be turned accordingly and THOMAS STONE, surveyor of the road, clear the same
with his gang.
1737 May 13 - The
last will and testament of JOHN EUBANK was presented in Court by ELIZABETH
EUBANK and WILLIAM EUBANK, the exec and exec therein named, and proved by LEWIS
DILLARD. [Lewis Dillard was a witness, along with John Eubank,
to the Conner deed of 1722 in King William.]

the Parish of St. Margaret
after the 1737 death of John Eubank.]

appearing, the judgment of last court is confirmed against him and ANN EUBANK,
his security for 7.3.9 to be discharged on the defendant's paying 3.11.10 and
half with interest from June 1753.
1755 Feb 15 - JOHN SCOTT is appointed overseer of the road in the
room of RICHARD EUBANK
and to have EUBANK'S and the gang that belonged
to QUARLES M [ ] to keep the road in repair.[This is the last reference in the Order Books to a
Richard Eubank
until July 11, 1782. There's no record of a probate for him, so he must have
moved. He may be the Richard Eubank of Goochland, father of Achilles.]

deed indented to WILLIAM BRUNSKILL. Jane acknowledged her right of dower.
On the part of William, it was proved by JOHN MONTAGUE and RICHARD GEORGE, and

evidence against the motion of WM. BROCK and MARY his wife to prove a gift
of slaves to the plaintiff. It appearing to the Court that Charles Noden,

of the road in the room of WILLIAM EUBANK, and it's ordered he keep the same in
repair.
1760 July 10 - Ordered EUSEBIUS STONE have the
following hands to assist him in keeping the road in repair, JOHN TAYLOR, JR.,
COLO. BAYLOR'S quarter, GEORGE PEAY [ Penn ?] and JOHN EUBANK.

1765 June 13 - Ordered that EUSEBIUS STONE do serve as
overseer of the road from the bridge over Morocosick Creek near where the old
Ivy Church stood to the old road opposite to COLO. BAYLOR's plantation and that
he have besides his own hands those at Colo. Baylor's home house, WILLIAM
HARRISON's quarter, JOHN BOURN's, JOHN EUBANK, THOMAS GOODE and JOHN WILLIAMS to
assist him in keeping the road in repair, which hands are discharged from
working on any other road. [ This John Eubank is
living in Drysdale Parish, and is the John who married Mary Bullard.]

says defendant is guilty ... court finds for the plaintiff.

the motion of JOHN TAYLOR, gent., a probate of the will of THOMAS EUBANK,
deceased, is granted him. He entered into a bond. Ordered THOMAS
DICKINSON, SAM WORTHAM, ROBERT MICKLEBERRY, and JOHN GEORGE appraise
the estate of THOMAS EUBANK.

will and testament of THOMAS BULLARD, deceased, was presented for proof by
JOHN & MARY BULLARD EUBANK, two of the executors therein named, and was proved by
the oath of several witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded on the motion
of the said executors (who made oath as usual) a probate of the said Will is
granted them, Bond with security acknowledged according to law. Ordered
RICHARD WOOLFOLK, ROBERT WOOLFOLK, THOMAS LAUGHLIN & EUSEBIUS STONE or any
three of them, being first sworn before some Justice of the Peace for this
